Please note: As many of our products involve customisation, orders may take up to 1 week to be ready for dispatch. If you have an urgent order, we’re happy to help — just get in touch with us directly to arrange it.
Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

At The Ambibi, we take great care to ensure every product is crafted and packed with attention and quality.
 Because many of our items are handmade or made-to-order, we only accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Please read the details below.
1. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, we’re here to help.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the damage or fault
- Once assessed, we will arrange either: A replacement, or 
A refund to your original payment method
There is no cost to you for replacements caused by damage or faults.
2. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days with your order details and photos.
 We will correct the issue as quickly as possible.
3. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
